CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rozzt at 7:06 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Mayor G. J. Rozzi and Councilmen Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Francis
Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
Absent: None
Mayor Rozzi e~iained the reason for the special called meeting was to discuss
specific Planning Commission items so that the applicants would not be inconven-
ienced because of delaying them until the next regular meeting. The Council cen-
sidered the follew~ng Planning Commission items as received.
GIACOLONI
VARIANCE
APPLICATION:
Variance Application Resolution No. 739 was received from the Planning
as applied for by Charles Giacoloni, recommending that permission be denied for
a single face horizontal illuminated sign 3'0" x 17'0" on top of canopy which
projects five feet (5') over property line at Southwood Super Market, 645 E1
Cami~no Real.

VARIANCE
APPLICATION:
DADY VARIANCE
Variance Application Resolution No. 740 was received from the Planning Commissioz
as applied for by Frank P. Verducci, recommending that permizsion be granted for
a five-foot (5') encroachment into the required twenty-foot (20') rear yard at
318 Hazelwood Drive.
Variance Application Resolution No. 741 was received from the Planning Commissio~
APPLICATION:~ as applied for by Edmund T. Dady, recommending that permission be granted for a
~)~ rear yard encroachment of 6 feet to property line at 301 Wildwood Drive.
MORO USE PERMIT: Use Permit Resolution No. 742 was received from the Planning Commission, as appl]
:~)_~ for by Walter Moro, recommending permission be granted for the erection of a
second single family dwelling on the north 33-1/3 ft. of Lot 4, Block 129, at
815 Hickory Lane.
Councilman Ryan then moved, seconded by Councilman Rocca and regularly carried,
that the recommendations of the Planning Commission on Resolutions 739, 740, 741
and 742 be accepted and approved.

Ryan and regularly carried, that the meetin~ be adjourned until Au~st 19, 1957.
