This is to notify you pursuant to the Government Code that a special
meeting is called for Friday, October 9, 1959, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco.
This meeting is called for the purpose of considering a resolution
authorizing the acceptance of a Grant of Pu'31ic Service Easement from
Utah Construction & Mining Co. ~the

The meeting was called to order by Vice Mayor Ryan at 5:48 p.m.
Present:
Absent:
Councilmen Leo J. Ryan, G. J. Rozzi and Patrick E. Ahem.
Councilmen Andrew Rocca and ~milio Cortesi.
City Attorney Noonan briefly explained the resolution concerning the
acceptance of a Grant of Public Service Easement from Utah Construction &
Mining Company, after which Councilman Rozzi introduced: 'A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF
PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT FROM UTAH CONSURUCTION & MINING CO. TO THE CITY
OF SDUTH SAN FRANCISCO". Roll call vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen
Leo J. Ryan, G. J. Rozzi and Patrick E. Ahem. Absent: Councilmen Andrew
Rocca and Emilio Cortesi.
Vice Mayor Ryan then adjourned the mee;ing at 5:47 p.m.
