Notices having been previously given in accordance with Section 54957.6 of the Govern- ment Code of the State of California for a Special meeting for August 24, 1970 at 7530 in addition to the adjourned regular meeting continued to 8500 p.m. on this date, the City Council assembled for said special meeting pursuantLto said Notice and the meeting was called to order at ?:46 p.m, Present~ Councilmen Patrick E. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, William A. Borba, and Warren Steinkamp Absent5 Councilman F. Frank Mammini. The Special meeting was recessed at 8500 p.m. for the purpose of calling to order the adjourned regular meeting continued from the meeting of August 19, 1970. The adjou~med regular meeting was called to order at 8500 p.m. and recessed at 8:05 p.m to 9515 p.m. SPECIAL MEETING RECONVENED AND ADJOURNED: ADJOURNMENT OF SPECIAL MEETING: -000 The Specta! meeting was then reconvened at 8:07 p.m. which meeting was then adjourned at 8:15 p.m. for wage negotiation purposes in accordance with Section 54957.6 of the Government Code to be reconvened at the completion of said wage negotiation session. The City Council then at 9:14 p.m. recessed the wage negotiation session and recon- vened the adjourned regular meeting at 9=15 p.m. at which time continued the adjourned regular meeting to Wednesday, August 26, 1970 at 8=00 p.m. The Council then reconvened the Special meeting and adjourned said meeting to a wage negotiation session in accordance with the Government Code Section 54957.6 upon com- pletion of which, the Special meeting was to stand adjourned to Tuesday, August 25, 1970 at 7:30 p.m. The wage negotiation session was completed at 10=35 p.m. with the adjournment of the Special meeting as stated before.
