NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco held on the 23rd day of July, 1973, was adjourned to
Tuesday, the 24th of July, 1973, at 8:00 p.m., in the Conference Room, City Hall,
400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco.

CALL TO ORDER: .The meeting was called to order by Mayor Steinkamp at 8:07 p.m.

VACATING STORM
DRAINAGE EASE-
MENT CC&F #2:
City Attorney Noonan at this time brought up the matter of a Resolution
vacating an easement in the Cabot, Cabot & Forbes development. After
a brief explanation as to the purpose for the vacation, Councilman
Borba introduced the resolution entitled: "A RESOLUTION VACATING
A STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT - CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2."
Roll call vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Patrick E. Ahern,
William A. Borba, Terry J. Mirri and Warren Steinkamp. Noes, none.
Absent, Councilman F. Frank Mammini.
BUDGET REV I EW:
Finance Director Edward Alario then discussed and reviewed with the
Members of the City Council the following departmental budgets:
City Council; City Clerk; City Treasurer; City Attorney; City Manager;
Department of Administration; Parking Place Commission; Personnel Depart-
ment; Finance Division; Print Shop and Supplies; Mail Service; and
Communications.
ADJOURNMENT:~
At the request of Finance Director Alario and there being no objections,
Mayor Steinkamp adjourned the meeting to Monday, July 30, 1973 at 8:00 p.m.
