NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State of
California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will hold a
Special Meeting on Thursday, August 23, 1973, at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Conference
Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive reports from the Council's repre-
sentative in employee negotiations and further instruct said Council's representatives,

.Mayor Steinkamp cai led the meeting to order at 7:37 p.m.
Present: Councilmen Patrick E. Ahem, William A. Borba, F. Frank
Mammini, Terry J. Mirri and Warren Steinkamp
Absent: None
Mayor Steinkamp stated that the meeting had been cai led to hear
the Acting City Manager on labor negotiations.
Mayor Steinkamp then recessed the meeting to an Executive Personnel
Session at 7:38 p.m.
The meeting was recalled to order by Mayor Steinkamp at 8:30 p.m.,
with all Council Members present.
Mayor Steinkamp stated that labor negotiations had been discussed
and these discussions having been concluded, the meeting stood
adjourned.
