ADJOURNED TO December 12, 1973
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, held on the lOth day of December, 1973,
at 8:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco,
California, was adjourned to Wednesday, the 12th day of December, 1973, at 7:30 p.m.,
in the Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California.

ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
HELD WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 1973
TIME:
7:30 p.m.
PLACE:
Conference Room, City Hall
CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Steinkamp called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL~
Present: Councilmen Patrick E. Ahern, William A. Borba,
F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri and Warren Steinkamp.
STUDY MEETING:
_ Mayor Steinkamp stated that the meeting would be recessed to the
Study Meeting, after which , following the Study Meeting, Council
would go into an Executive Personnel Session.
Council then recessed at 8:02 to the Study Session.
EXECUTIVE The Study Session having been concluded at 8:55 p.m., the City
PERSONNEL SESSION: Council recessed to an Executive Personnel Session.
The meeting was recalled to order by Mayor Steinkamp at 11:21 p.m.
with all Council present.
Mayor Stelnkamp stated that during the Executive Personnel Session
the items discussed were Wage Negotiations as well as Land Acquisition.
AWARDING OF BID:
The City Manager, at this time, brought to Council attention the bids
which had been received for the window replacements in City Hall.
He declared the bids received, stating that the Iow bid was that of
Cobbledick-Kibbe Glass Company, recommending award to that firm.
RESO. NO. 6218: Councilmen Mirri then introduced a Resolution #6218 entitled,
AWARD OF CONTRACT, "A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT, WINDOW REPLACEMENT AT CITY HALL."

MENT AT CITY HALL Roll call vote was as follows: Ayes; Councilmen Patrick E. Ahern,
William A. Borba, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mlrri and Warren Steinkamp.

ADJOURNMENT: There being nothing further, Mayor Steinkamp adjourned the meeting
at 11:25 p.m.
