NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State
of California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will hold
a special meeting on Monday, February 25, 1974, at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California.
The purpose of the meeting is to authorize execution of an Agreement

CALL TO ORDER:. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Steinkamp at 7:32 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmen Patrick E. Ahern, William A. Borba, F. Frank
Mammini, Terry J. Mirri and Warren Steinkamp.
RESO NO. 39-74: City Manager Alario explained to the members of the City Council

be executed with the County of San Mateo for the accomplishment
of the work.
After brief discussion Councilmen Ahern introduced a resolution
entitled: "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF SPRUCE AVENUE BRIDGE AND RELATED
WORK."
Roll Call vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Patrick E. Ahern,
William A. BOrba, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri and
Warren Steinkamp.
ADJOURNMENT:,
Mayor Steinkamp stated there being nothing further, the meeting
stood adjourned at 7:40 PM.
