NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the
State of California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
will hold a special meeting on Friday, April 19, 1974, at 5:30 PM in the
Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California.
The Council will adjourn to an executive personnel session in
accordance with Government Code Section 54957.

Mayor Mirri called the meeting to order at 5:35 PM.
Present: Councilmen Richard A. Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini,
Terry J. Mirri, Leo Padreddii, and Warren Steinkamp.
Absent: None.
Mayor Mi rri recessed the meeting to an Executive Personnel
Session at 5:36 PM.
The meeting was recalled to order by Mayor Mirri at
7:39 PM with all Council present.
Mayor Ml rri announced that no action was taken at the
Executive Personnel Session.
Mayor Mirri adjourned the meeting at 7:40 PM.
