The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mirri at 7:00 PM, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO FLAG:__The Pledge of Allegiance to Flag recited, ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Richard A. Batta~lia, F. Frank Mammint, Terry J, Mirri, Leo Padreddti and Warren Steinkamp. Absent: NOne, PARKS & RECREATION NAMING HARBOR PATROL BOAT Inter-Office memorandum, dated July 3, 1974, was received from the Director of Parks and Recreation recomeiending the new Harbor Patrol Boat be named "Oyster Point I1", Councilman Mammini so moved, seconded by Counci Iman Steinkamp and regularly carried, CITY MANAGER RESO. NO. 124-74 AGREEMENT WITH DALY CITY RE CUSTODY OF PRISONERS The City Manager aeated that the next item was a resolution authorizing an agreement with the City of Da ly City for custody of prisoners. After a brief explanation by the City Manager Councilman Ma~ini introduced a resolution entitled, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF DALY CITY REGARDING CUSTODY OF PRISONERS, Roll Call vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Richard A. Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri,: Leo Padreddii, and Warren Steinkamp. Noes, none. Absent, none. RECESS: Mayor Mirrl at this time stated that Council would recess to an E~ecutive Personnel Session. The meeting was recessed at 7:05 PM. RECALL TO ORDER:~ The meeting was recalled to order by Mayor Mirrl at 7:20 PM with all Council present. The City Attorney explained to Council the two resolutions which affected the Oyster Point Marina recommending their adoption, PUBL lC SERV ICES REso, NO. i25-~74 STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT PEOPLE VS. CITY OF SSF & SSF SCAVENGER CO. RESO, NO. 126-74 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RELEASE OF SAN ITARY DISPOSAL SITE ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Stei'nkamp then introduced a resolution entitled, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUT[ON~OF A STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT - PEOPLE VS, CiTY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO SCAVENGER COMPANY. Roll Call vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Richard A. Battaglla, F, Frank Mammini, Terry J, Mirri, Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp. Noes, none. Absent, none. Councilman Mamminl then introduced a resolution entitled, A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RELEASE OF SANITARY DISPOSAL SITE. Roll Call vote was as follows: Ayes~ Councilmen Richard A. Battaglia, F. Frank Mam~ini, Terry J. Mirri, Leo Padreddii, and Warren Steinkamp. Noes, none. Absent, none.
