NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State
of California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will
hold a special meeting on Monday, September 23, 1974, at 6:00 PM in the
Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider passage of resolution
authorizing execution of a Joint Powers Agreement to join the Peninsula
Library System.

Mayor Mirri called the meeting to order at 6:09 PM.
Present: Councilmen Richard A. Battaglia, Terry J. Mirri,
Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp.
Absent: Councilman F. Frank Mammini.
After an explanation by Dr. Alvarez, Library Administrator,
Councilman Battaglia introduced a resolution entitled:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A JOINT POWERS
AGREEMENT -- PENINSULA LIBRARY SYSTEM.
Roll Call Vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Richard A.
Battaglia, Terry J. Mirri, Leo Padreddii and,Warren
Steinkamp. Noes, none. Absent, Councilman F. Frank Mammini.
Councilman Steinkamp moved, seconded by Councilman
Battaglia and regularly carried that the meeting be
adjourned.
