NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State
of California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will hold
a special meeting on Thursday, October I0, 1974, at 6:00 PM in the Council
Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the bids for the remodeling
of City Hall and authorize acceptance of the lowest responsible bid.

Conference Room.
CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mirri at 6:02 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Present:
Councilmen Richard A. Battaglia, Terry J. Mirri,
F. Frank Mammini, Leo Padreddii and Warren
Steinkamp.
Absent: None.
PLEDGE OF ALLE-
GIANCE TO FLAG:
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited.
REMODELING OF
CITY HALL
After a brief explanation by the City Manager and the
Director of Public Services relative to funds available
and the bids received a lengthy discussion followed
between the members of the City Council, staff and
the architect realtive to the proposed work.
RECESS:
A recess was declared by the Mayor at 7:00 PM for a tape
change on the recorder.
RECALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was recalled to order by the Mayor at 7:07 PM
with all Council present.
REMODELING OF
CITY HALL (CONT'D.)
Further discussion followed after which there being no
objections Mayor Mirri referred the matter back to staff
for the submission of a complete financial report and a
report on various modifications on the bids which were
received.

ADJOURNMENT:
There being nothing further to come before the City Council
Mayor Mirri adjourned the meeting at 7:25 PM.
