NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State
of California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will
hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, September 4, 1975, at 7:00 PM in the Council
Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, CA.
Purpose of Meeting: Interview applicants for appointment to the
vacancy on the Planning Commission and Library Board and the Council will
adjourn to an Executive Session for the conduct of interviews.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Battaglia at
7:27 PM.
Present: Councilmen Richard A. Battaglia, Terry J. Mirri,
Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp.
Absent: Councilman F. Frank Mammini.
Mayor Battaglia commented that the purpose of the meeting
was to interview applicants for the vacancy on the
Planning Commission and Library Board.
. Mayor Battaglia then recessed the meeting to an
Executive Personnel Session for the purpose of conducting
the interviews. Recess was declared at 7:30 PM.
The meeting was recalled to order at 9:20 PM with all
Council present. Absent, Councilman F. Frank Mammini.
ADJOURNMENT:,b
Mayor Battaglia announced that the purpose of the
meeting was to interview applicants for vacancg on
Planning Commission and Library Board and that the
Council would announce their decision at the next
regular meeting.
The meeting was then adjourned by Mayor Battaglia at
9:21 PM.
