NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State
of California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will
hold a Special Meeting on Friday, November 7, 1975, at 5:30 PM in the Council
Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, CA.

HELD FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 1975
TIME:
5:30 PM.
PLACE:
Council Conference Room.
CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Battaglia called the meeting to order at 5:35 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmen Richard A. Battaglia, Terry J. Mirri,
and Leo Padreddii.
Absent: Councilmen F. Frank Mammini and Warren Steinkamp.
CITY DENTAL PLAN
The City Manager in detail explained his staff report of
November 7, 1975 recommending that staff be authorized
to enter into an agreement with California Dental Service
for administration of the City's dental care program.
After discussion Councilman Padreddii moved, seconded by
Councilman Mirri and regularly carried that the City be
authorized to contract with California Dental Service to
administer a Dental Care Plan with benefits equivalent to
those set forth in the agreement dated December 1, 1973
between California Dental Service and the City of South
San Francisco for California Dental Service Group #2079
for a service charge of 9.71% of the paid claims and
further authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement
so providing.
ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Battaglia adjourned the meeting at 5:48 PM.
