NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State
of California, that the City Council of South San Francisco will hold a Special
Meeting on Saturday, July 31, 1976, at 9:00 AM in the West Orange Avenue Library
Auditorium, 840 West Orange Avenue, South San Francisco, CA.
Purpose of Meeting:
Boards and Commissions.

To interview applicants for expiring terms on

9:00 AM.
West Orange Avenue Library Auditorium.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Padreddii at
9:05 AM.
Present: Councilmen Leo Padreddii, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Terry J. Mirri.
Absent:
Councilman William A. Borba. Councilman Borba
was present at 9:20 AM.
Councilman Richard A. Battaglia. Councilman
Battaglia was taking inventory and would be
present in the afternoon.
With the exception of the first nine applicants interviewed
all were informed of the expiring terms on the other Boards
and Commissions with a request that they indicate if they
were interested in any of the others. Those who were not
given this information were contacted later with this same
request. Because of conflicts applicants scheduled for
other dates and times were interviewed in accordance with
their requests.

ADJOURNMENT
The City Council then proceeded with the interviewing
of the following applicants:

Robert M. Villanueva
Marcel L. Campredon
Councilman Battaglia was present at 3:02 PM and remained
for the duration of the meeting.
Councilman Borba was excused from the meeting at 3:12 PM.
Recesses were declared between interviews while awaiting
the appearance of applicants and for lunch.
Upon the conclusion of the interviews and there being
nothing further to come before Council Mayor Padreddii
adjourned the meeting. Time of adjournment was 3:38 PM.
