SPECIALMEETING
CITY OF SOUTH 'SAN FRANCISCO
' OCTOBER 2, '1976
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State
of California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will
hold a Special Meeting on Saturday, October 2, 1976, at 9:00 AM in the Council
Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, CA.
Purpose of Meeting: To consider the appointment and employment of
a City Manager and conduct interviews related thereto. The City Council will
adjourn to an executive personnel session for said purpose.

9:00 AM.
City Hall Conference Room.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Padreddii
at 10:05 AM.
Mayor Padreddii announced that Vice Mayor Damonte would
be the Acting City Clerk.
Present: Councilmen Leo Padreddii, Eamnuele N. Damonte,
Terry J. Mirri and Richard A. Battaglia.
Absent: Councilman William A. Borba.
Mayor Padreddii then recessed the meeting at 10:07 AM
to an Executive Personnel Session for the purpose of
conducting interviews of applicants for the position
of City Manager.
The meeting was recessed by Mayor Padreddii at 12:05 PM
for lunch.
RECALL TO ORDER:
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was recalled to order at 1:25 PM with all
Council present, Absent, CoUncilman William A. Borba.
Council then continued with the interviews.
Upon the completion of the interviews and there being
nothing further to come before Council, on motion of
Councilman Battaglia, seconded by Councilman Mirri
and regularly carried, the meeting was adjourned.
Time of adjournment was 3:30 PM.
