NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the
State of California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
will hold a Special Meeting on Saturday, October 9, 1976, at 9:00 AM in the
Council Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, CA.
Purpose of Meeting: To consider the appointment and employment of
a City Manager and conduct interviews related thereto. The City Council will
adjourn to an executive personnel session for said purpose.

City Hall Conference Room.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Padreddii
at 9:10 AM.
Mayor Padreddii announced that Vice Mayor Damonte
would be the Acting City Clerk.
Present: Councilmen Leo Padreddii, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Terry J. Mirri and Richard A. Battaglia.

Councilman William A. Borba. Councilman
Borba was present at 9:21 AM and remained
for the duration of the meeting .
Mayor Padreddii then recessed the meeting at 9:12 AM
to an Executive Personnel Session for the purpose of
conducting interviews of applicants for the position
of City Manager.
The meeting was recessed by Mayor Padreddii at 12:00
for lunch.
The meeting was recalled to order at 1:35 PM with all
Council present.
ADJOURNMENT:
Council then continued with the interviews.
U/:x:~n the completion of the interviews and there being
nothing further to come before Council, on motion of
Councilman Battaglia, seconded by CoUncilman Damonte
and regularly carried the meeting was adjourned. Time
of adjournment was 2:00 PM.
