NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State of
California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will hold a
Special Meeting on Monday, November 21, 1977, at 5:00 PM in the Council Conference
Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California.
The purpose of the meeting:
1. Claim of Mrs. Margaret Purcell. City Attorney will request an
Executive Session 'to discuss this pending legal matter.
Resolution Amending Resolution No. 200-77 Regarding Approval of
Final Map for Stonegate Ridge Condominium Project No. 3 and
Related Acts.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Damonte at 5:05 PM.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited.
Present: Councilmen William A. Borba, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Terry J. Mirri and Leo Padreddii.
Absent: Councilman Richard A. Battaglia.
Councilman Battaglia appeared present at 5:12 PM and
remained for the duration of the meeting.
The City Attorney requested an Executive Personnel Session
since the claim of Margaret Purcell involved a legal
action.
The meeting was recessed at 5:07 PM by Mayor Damonte to
an Executive Personnel Session.

The meeting was recalled to order at 5:15 PM with all
Council present.
Mayor Damonte announced that during the Executive
Personnel Session Council discussed a legal matter.

Councilman Padreddii introduced a resolution entitled:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 200-77 REGARDING
APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP FOR STONEGATE RIDGE CONDOMINIUM
PROJECT NO. 3 AND RELATED ACTS.
Roll call vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Richard A.
Battaglia, William A. Borba, Emanuele N. Damente,
Terry J. Mirri and Leo Padreddii. Noes, none. Absent,
none.
There being nothing further to come before Council,
Councilman Borba moved, seconded by Councilman Mirri and
regularly carried that the meeting be adjourned.
Time of adjournment was 5:17 PM.
