City Manager Birkelo requested approval
of three Memoranda of Understanding
as agreed upon by the employee groups
involved.
M/S Borba/Teglia - That the Resolution
approving M.O.U. for Unit IV be adopted.
RESOLUTION NO. 19-80
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
M/S Teglia/Borba - That the Resolution
approving M.O.U. for Unit V be adopted.
RESOLUTION NO. 20-80
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
M/S Teglia/Borba - That the Resolution
approving M.O.U. for Unit VI be adopted.
RESOLUTION NO. 21-80
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Sergeant Pat Sullivan expressed apprec-
iation from the Police Department for
the approved Memorandum of Understanding.
Vice Mayor Acosta stated he would like
a copy of each of the M.O.U.s.
City Manager Birkelo requested a
Hearing date be set for 3/19/80 and
continued to 4/2/80 for the convenience
of the residents.
