6:00 p.m. Mayor Acosta presiding.
Council present: Teglia, Damonte,
Vice Mayor Nicolopulos,
Addiego and Acosta.
Council absent: None.
Recited.
AGENDA REVIEW
City Manager Birkelo stated he had made
a declaration of local emergency last
Thursday relating to the ground sub-
sidence and the damage to Olympic Drive.
He stated this requires the Council's
ratification within seven days and it
will set the basis to make application
for State and Federal Disaster Relief
Funds both for public and private
damages incurred. He requested a
Motion to approve the proclamation for
the funds.
M/S Teglia/Nicolopulos - To approve the
Proclamation.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Council adjourned to an Executive Session
at 6:12 p.m.
The Meeting was recalled to order at
7:25 p.m., all Council present, no
action taken.
M/S Teglia/Damonte - That the meeting
be adjourned.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
