AGENDA REVIEW City Manager Birkelo stated that the amendment to the contract be- tween PERS and the City for an amendment to the retirement con- tract for local Fire Members would not be discussed tonight, however it would be on the next regular agenda. He stated that the Assistant City Attorney Rogers had requested a discussion of litiga- tion in Executive Session after labor negotiations were completed. City Manager Birkelo requested a Motion to expend a maximum of $1,400 to paint and refurbish the City's old fire engine which will be used for City parades and celebrations. M/S Teglia/Nicolopulos - To paint and refurbish the fire engine. Carried by unanimous voice vote.
