the meeting to the JPAC meeting at
9:01 a.m. (see attached).
Vice Mayor Nicolopulos recalled the
meeting to order at 3:21 p.m.,
all Council present.

meeting to Monday, November 3, 1980
at 4:30 p.m., in the City Hall
Conference Room.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
