AGENDA REVIEW
Nicolopulos, Addiego,
and Acosta.
None.
So ordered.
Mayor Acosta asked if Council
had any questions on the statment
of position.
Discussion followed on the proposal
and the surrounding cities' position
in relation to ANMAP, the purpose of
JPAC and the proposed Airport/Community
Roundtable, and the basic objectives
of ANMAP.
Mayor Acosta explained that he
would be presenting the position
to ALUC at their meeting scheduled
for 3/12/81 if it was adopted
by Council.

the Statement of Position and
authorize the Mayor to present
it as the official statement Of
the City.
Carried by uanimous voice vote.

Consideration of communication re-
ceived from K. Jacqueline Speir~ San
Mateo County Supervisor, requesting
office space in City Hall or adjacent
City buildings.

Discussion of the planning fOr the
dedication.of the Munici'pal Services
Building.

City Manager Birkelo explained
that in the planning process
the City would try to accomodate
the request.
Discussion followed on available
space and the hours which the
office would be used, and whether
there would be reimbursement
to the City for providing the
office space.
City Manager Birkelo explained
the Staff had a preliminary
meeting to discuss the basic
preparations for the dedication
and to find out when the building
would be completed. He suggested
that perhaps a subcommittee of
Staff and Council could meet
and discuss a preliminary
plan.
Councilwoman Teglia stated that
all members of Council should
be involved in the dedication
process.
City Manager Birkelo said that
arrangements would be made to
set a special meeting date.
Discussion followed concerning
the completion of the building,
the date of dedication and the
type of ceremony to be held.
City Manager Birkelo requested
that two members of Council be
appointed to meet with Staff
for discussion of the Colma
sewer hook-up.
Mayor Acosta advised City Manager
Birkelo that he and Councilman
Damonte would be in attendance.
