CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL: ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section
54956.9: 1 case.
Report out of Closed Session: The Council by 5-0 vote authorized litigation related to the State
Controller's determination.
6. Adjournment.
Being no further business, Mayor Garbarino adjourned the meeting at 9:30 P.M.
