1. CALL TO ORDER

2. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Boardmembers Matsumoto, Gupta and
Normandy, Vice Chairman Addiego and
Chair Garbarino.
ABSENT: None.
3. AGENDA REVIEW
No changes.
4. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
5. Resolution No. 4-2015 of the Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency of
the City of South San Francisco,reviewing and approving the submittal to the Successor
Agency Oversight Board of a Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule ("ROPS") for
the period January through June 2016 (ROPS 15-16B). (Richard Lee, Director of
Finance).
Motion—Vice Chair Addiego/Second—Boardmember Gupta: to approve Resolution No. 4—
2015. Unanimously approved by roll call vote.
6. Closed Session: Conference with Real Property Negotiators: (Pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.8)
Properties: 401, 411, 421 & 315 Airport Blvd, 405 Cypress Ave., and 216
Miller Ave., the former Ford properties
Agency Negotiators: Alex Greenwood and Ron Gerber
Negotiating Parties: Miller Cypress SSF, LLC and South San Francisco
Successor Agency Under Negotiations: Price and terms for disposition of
the property.
Time entered Closed Session: 6:17 P.M.
Open Session Resumed: 7:03 P.M.
Report out of Closed Session: Direction given. No reportable action.
