Purpose of the meeting: Closed Session for the purpose of the discussion of personnel matters, labor relations and litigation. City of South San Francisco Dated: February ll, 1984 AGENDA ADJOURNED SPECIAL MEETING CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL Closed Session for the purpose of the discussion of personnel matters, labor relations and litigation. RECALL TO ORDER: ACTION TAKEN ADJOURNED SPECIAL MEETING 4:12 p.m. Mayor Addiego presiding. Council present: Council absent: Teglia, Haffey, Damonte and Addiego. Nicolopulos - Councilman Nicolopulos informed the City Clerk prior to the meeting that he would be on vacation and would not be able to attend the meeting. Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 4:13 p.m., for the discussion of personnel matters, labor relations and litigation. The meeting was recalled to order at 5:31 p.m., all Council present, Mayor Addiego indicated that Council had discussed litigation and negotiations and stated that no action was taken. 2/13/84 Page I AGENDA ACTION TAKEN ADJOURNMENT RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED, M/S Haffey/Teglia - That the meeting be adjourned.
