Staff Report 2/27/84 recommending adoption of a Resolution changing the language of the M.O.U. of Unit No. 7 INon-Sworn Police) as recommended by the City Attorney which rescinds Resolution No. 17-84. A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROV- ING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, NON-SWORN POLICE DEPARTMENT UNIT #7 EMPLOYEES FOR THE PERIOD OF SEPTEMBER 1, 1983, THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1984 CLOSED SESSION Request for a Closed Session for the purpose of the discussion of personnel matters, labor relations and litigation. RECALL TO ORDER: MINUTES City Council City Council Conference Room February 27, 1984 ACTION TAKEN ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING 5:10 p.m. Mayor Addiego presiding. Council present: Council absent: CITY MANAGER Nicolopulos, Tegl ia, Haffey, Damonte and Addi ego. None. Director of Personnel Marshall stated that the City Attorney had reviewed the M.O.U. and that changes had been made and approved. M/S Haffey/Nicolopulos - To adopt the Resolution. RESOLUTION NO. 23-84 Carried by unanimous voice vote. Police Officers Association President Ken Metcalf and Ed Remedios thanked Council for adopting the Resolution. CLOSED SESSION Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:15 p.m., for the discussion of personnel matters, labor relations and litigation. The meeting was recalled to order at 7:12 p.m., all Council present, no action taken.
