Director of Personnel Marshall stated
that the City Attorney had reviewed the
M.O.U. and that changes had been made and
approved.
M/S Haffey/Nicolopulos - To adopt the
Resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 23-84
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Police Officers Association President Ken
Metcalf and Ed Remedios thanked Council
for adopting the Resolution.
CLOSED SESSION
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at
5:15 p.m., for the discussion of
personnel matters, labor relations
and litigation.
The meeting was recalled to order at
7:12 p.m., all Council present, no action
taken.
