Council present: Nicolopulos, Damonte, Haffey, Teglia and Addiego. Council absent: None. AGENDA REVIEW No items were added. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS No one chose to speak. COMMUNITY FORUM No one chose to speak. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Director of Finance Lipton stated that the Parking Place Commission had reviewed the proposed Ordinance and recommended its adoption by the Council. City Clerk Battaya read the title of the Ordinance in its entirety. M/S Haffey/Damonte - To waive further reading of the Ordinance. Carried by unanimous voice vote. RECALL TO ORDER: ITEMS FROM COUNCIL Councilwoman Tegl ia: GOOD AND WELFARE ADJOURNMENT CLOSED SESSION Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:24 p.m. for the discussion of the items listed. Mayor Addiego recalled the meeting to order at 9:58 p.m., all Council present, no action taken. Councilwoman Teglia questioned when the Council would be working on the salary portion of the performance evaluation. City Manager Birkelo stated that infor- mation would be in the Council packet on Friday. ITEMS FROM COUNCIL Spoke of the ribbon cutting ceremony for the East Grand Avenue Grade Separation at 11:00 a.m. on 9/21/84; a luncheon to be held at Diodati's building at 12:00 p.m. for 250 - 300 people for the joint marketing program; the need to retain the services of David Palmer for a program, press kits for a cost of $2,500. M/S Haffey/Teglia - To put a cap of $2,500 for the services and that the funds are to be expended from the Redevelopment Agency. Carried by unanimous voice vote. GOOD AND WELFARE No one chose to speak. M/S Teglia/Haffey - To adjourn the meeting. Carried by unanimous voice vote.
