RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED:
City of South San Francisco
Councilwoman Teglia stated that she had
prepared a chart showing where each seat
was at this time. She explained that she
had used Option 3 of the alternatives
which had been presented by the City
Attorney, indicating that if a
commissioner had served more than half or
more of a term, then that would be con-
sidered a full term, however, if a com-
missioner had served half or less of a
term, that would mean that a commissioner
was eligible for two successive terms.
Vice Mayor Haffey requested that the sub-
ject be agendlzed for October 24, 1984 in
order to reach a decision and expedite
the filling of current vacancies and
those forthcoming.
