Council absent: Haffey.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at
5:11 p.m. City Attorney Rogers announced
that the matter of Henderson versus the
City of South San Francisco would be
di scu ssed.
Mayor Haffey arrived at 5:14 p.m.
Mayor Haffey recalled the meeting to
order at 6:15 p.m., all Council present,
no action taken.

meeting.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
