Council present:

Drago and Teglia.
Haffey.
Mayor Teglia stated that Councilman
Haffey would arrive in one hour.
AGENDA REVIEW
So ordered.
CLOSED SESSION
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at
5:14 p.m. to discuss litigation and a
personnel matter, City and County of San
Francisco vs. City of South San
Francisco, Case No. 303853.
Councilman Haffey arrived during the
Closed Session at 6:00 p.m.
Mayor Teglia recalled the meeting to
order at 6:52, all Council present, and
stated that direction had been given to
Staff in the litigation matter and that
no action had been taken.

meeting.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
