City Manager Birkelo stated that he had
nothing to add to the Agenda.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at
7:20 p.m. to discuss a personnel matter
and establish the procedures for the
selection of a City Attorney.
Mayor Teglia arrived at 7:28 p.m.
Mayor Teglia recalled the meeting to
order at 9:31 p.m., all Council present,
no action taken.

meeting.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
