NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the
State of California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will hold a
Special Meeting on Monday, the 18th day of July, 1988 at 9:00 a.m., in the City Hall
Conference Room, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, CA.
Purpose of the meeting:
1. Closed session for the purpose of the discussion of personnel matters.

Council adjourned to a Closed Session to
discuss the item listed at 9:08 a.m.
Mayor Drago recalled the meeting to order
at 12:20 p.m., all Council present. He
stated that action had been taken in the
Closed Session wherein Mr. Yee had been
appointed as the Interim City Manager.
M/S Teglia/Haffey - To adjourn the
meeting.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
