State of California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco adjourned
their Special Meeting on Monday, the 18th day of July, 1988, 9:00 a.m., in the City Hall
Conference Room, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California, to Tuesday, the 19th
