ACTION TAKEN
ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
7:38 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Halley pre-
siding.
Council present:
Council absent:
Drago, Nicolopulos,
and Haffey.
Addiego and Teglia.
City Clerk Battaya stated that Mayor
Teglia had informed her Office that she
would not be in attendance at tonight's
meeting.
Mayor Pro Tem Halley related that
Councilman Addiego was working this
evening and was unable to attend the
meeting.
He stated that the purpose of the meeting
was a Closed Session for the evaluation
of the City Attorney, and the Council
would be leaving City Hall to a
restaurant to do that.
He expressed compliments to the two mem-
bers of Council in attendance, because he
believed it was a very difficult time for
them due to their efforts to campaign
for reelection. He continued, yet the
two members of the Council who were not
up for reelection had agreed to be at
this meeting to have all five Council-
members - yet they were not here. He
stated that he was very disappointed
because he believed it very important to
evaluate staff, and there were only two
staff members to evaluate - the City
Manager and City Attorney.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at
6:09 p.m. to evaluate the City Attorney.
Mayor Pro Tem Haffey recalled the meeting
to order at 9:30 p.m., all Councilmembers
present, and no action was taken.
