Normandy, Vice Mayor Addiego and Mayor
Garbarino.

3. Agenda Review.
No changes.
4. Public Comments—comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting Agenda.
None.
5. Informational Meeting/Open House:
• Biotechnology Forum.
Staff presented the City's goals and provided general updates on plans that could potentially
impact the Biotechnology Sector.
Representatives of the Biotechnology community interacted with City staff and Council
regarding issues of concern.
6. Adjournment.
Being no further business, Mayor Garbarino adjourned the meeting at 1:15 P.M.
