NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government
Code of the State of California, that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will
hold a Special Meeting on Saturday, the 30th, day of January 1999, at 9:00 a.m. at the First
National Bank of Northern California Building, 975 El Camino Real, South San Francisco,
California.

given and no action was taken.
