Negotiator Jennifer Bower and Austris Rungis, consultant, on Public Safety labor
negotiations

Interview applicants for Boards and Commissions
Director Bower introduced each applicant to Council. Applicant were interviewed in the
following order and responded to questions from each Councilmember (questions are
consistent with those asked at the December 13, January 10 and 24, and February 14
meetings):
· Carolyn Reardon - 7:17 p.m., applicant for Housing Authority (tenant)
· James Lineberger - 7:25 p.m., applicant for Housing Authority
· Frank Vieira - 7:45 p.m., re-appointment to Historic Preservation Commission
· Norman Faria - 8:03 p.m., applicant for Personnel Board/Planning
Councilman Fernekes informed each applicant that appointments will be made at the
March 14 meeting.

Motion-Mullin/Second-Gonzalez: To adjourn the meeting at 8:16 p.m. Approved by voice
vote.
