3. Agenda Review.

4. Public Comments.
None.
5. Resolution No. 1-2016 of the Successor Agency to the former
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco,reviewing and
approving the submittal to the Successor Agency Oversight Board of a
Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule("ROPS") for the period July 2016
through June 2017 (ROPS 16-17), Pursuant to Health and Safety Code
Section 34177(1). (Richard Lee, Finance Director).
Motion—Boardmember Garbarino/Second—Vice Chair Gupta: to approve Resolution No. 1-2016.
Unanimously approved by roll call vote.
6. Adjournment.
