CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes from the meetings of October 7, 2015, October 28, 2015,
November 4, 2015,November 18, 2015, December 9, 2015 and January 13, 2016.
2. Motion confirming payment registers for Redevelopment Obligation Retirement Fund
Payments for January 27, 2016.
Boardmember Matsumoto queried certain items on the payment registers relating to code
violations and former RDA employee OPEC contributions.
Motion — Boardmember Garbarino/Second — Boardmember Matsumoto: to approve the Consent
Calendar. Approved by the following roll call vote: AYES: Boardmembers Normandy,
Garbarino and Matsumoto and Vice Chair Gupta. NOES: None. ABSENT: Chair Addiego.
ABSTAIN: None.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business Chair Garbarino adjourned the meeting at 6:36 P.M.
