4. Public Comments—comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting
Agenda.
None.

5. Closed Session: Conference with Legal Counsel—Anticipated Litigation
(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9)
Initiation of Litigation and Significant Exposure to Litigation: Two Cases.
No reportable action.
6. Closed Session: Conference with Real Property Negotiators
(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8).
Properties: Portion of PUC Property APN 011-326-030.
City Negotiators: Alex Greenwood and Ron Gerber.
Negotiating Parties: City of South San Francisco, Oversight Board, and South
San Francisco Successor Agency.
Under Negotiations: Price and terms for disposition of the property.
Report out of Closed Session by Mayor Addiego: The City Council authorized the City to make an
offer to the Oversight Board for "Parcel A" of the PUC properties. Unanimously approved by roll
call vote.
7. Adjournment.
Being no further business, Mayor Addiego adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
