ROLL CALL PRESENT: Boardmembers Garbarino,Normandy and
Matsumoto, Vice Chair Gupta and Chair Addiego.
ABSENT: None.

No Changes.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes from the meeting of June 22, 2016 and July 13, 2016.
2. Motion confirming payment registers for Redevelopment Obligation Retirement Fund
Payments for July 27, 2016. (Richard Lee, Finance Director).
The Consent Calendar was duly read by the City Clerk, after which discussion was had on
specific items as follows:
Discussion regarding Item No. 2: Boardmember Matsumoto queried the monthly dues the
Agency owed the Gateway Property Owners Association. Mayor Addiego followed up by
querying ownership status.
Staff indicated it would look into these questions and provide the Agency with a response via
memorandum or email.
Motion — Boardmember Garbarino/Second — Boardmember Matsumoto: to approve the Consent
Calendar. Unanimously approved by roll call vote.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, Chair Addiego adjourned meeting at adjourned at 6:34 p.m.
