Matsumoto, Vice Chair Gupta and Chair Addiego.
ABSENT: None.

None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes from the meetings of July 27, 2016 and August 10,
2016.
2. Motion confirming payment registers for Redevelopment Obligation Retirement Fund
Payments for August 24, 2016. (Richard Lee, Finance Director).
The Clerk duly read the Consent Calendar, after which discussion took place as follows:
Discussion regarding Item No. 1: Boardmember Matsumoto queried the status of a response
from staff regarding the monthly dues the Agency owed the Gateway Property Owners'
Association. This inquiry was originally made by the Agency at the July 27, 2016 Regular
Meeting and is referenced in those minutes.
City Manager Futrell advised the response would be forthcoming.
Motion— Vice Chair Gupta/Second— Boardmember Garbarino: to approve the Consent Calendar.
Unanimously approved by roll call vote.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, Chair Addiego adjourned meeting at adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
