CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes from the meetings of September 28, 2016, November 7, 2016,
November 30, 2016 and December 14, 2016.
2. Motion confirming payment register for Redevelopment Obligation Retirement Fund Payments
for January 25, 2017. (Richard Lee, Finance Director)
3. Report regarding a resolution of the Successor Agency to the Former Redevelopment Agency of
the City of South San Francisco, reviewing and approving the submittal to the Successor Agency
Oversight Board of the Recognized Obligations Payment Schedule (ROPS) for the period July
2017 through June 2018. (Richard Lee, Finance Director)
3a. Resolution 01-2017 of the Successor Agency to the Former Redevelopment Agency of the
City of South San Francisco, reviewing and approving the submittal to the Successor
Agency Oversight Board of the Recognized Obligations Payment Schedule (ROPS) for the
period July 2017 through June 2018, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34177 (1).
Motion—Boardmember Garbarino/Second—Boardmember Addiego: to approve Resolution No. 01-
2017 of the Successor Agency to the Former Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco, reviewing and approving the submittal to the Successor Agency Oversight Board of the
Recognized Obligations Payment Schedule (ROPS) for the period July 2017 through June 2018,
pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34177(1). Approved by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Addiego, Garbarino and Matsumoto, Vice Chair Normandy and Chair Gupta;
NAYS: None; ABSENT: None; ABSTAIN: None.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, Chair Gupta adjourned the meeting at 6:33 p.m.
