Motion—Boardmember Garbarino/Second—Boardmember Addiego: to approve the Consent
Calendar. Motion was approved by the following roll call vote: AYES: Boardmembers Addiego,
Garbarino and Matsumoto, Vice Chair Normandy and Chair Gupta; NAYS: None; ABSENT: None;
ABSTAIN: None.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, Chair Gupta adjourned the meeting at 6:32 p.m.
