1. Report regarding a resolution approving the transfer of certain former Redevelopment
Agency real property assets identified for redevelopment activities consistent with the
Redevelopment Plan and for purposes of sale from the Successor Agency to the City of
South San Francisco pursuant to the approved Long Range Property Management Plan and
California Health and Safety Code section 34191.5. (Alex Greenwood, Economic &
Community Development Director)
Successor Agency Only:
la. Resolution No. 02-2017 approving the transfer of certain former Redevelopment Agency
real property assets from the Successor Agency to the City of South San Francisco
Redevelopment Agency to the City of South San Francisco pursuant to Health and Safety
Code Section 34191.5 and the approved Long Range Property Management Plan.
City Council Only:
lb. Resolution No. 16-2017 approving the transfer of certain former Redevelopment Agency
real property assets from the Successor Agency to the City of South San Francisco
Redevelopment Agency to the City of South San Francisco pursuant to Health and Safety
Code Section 34191.5 and the approved Long Range Property Management Plan.
Economic and Community Development Director Greenwood presented the staff report pertaining
to transfer of 14 properties designated by the plan for redevelopment.
Motion—Vice Chair Normandy/Second—Boardmember Garbarino: to approve Resolution No. 02-
2017. Unanimously approved by roll call vote.
Motion—Councilman Garbarino/Second—Vice Mayor Normandy: to approve Resolution No. 16-
2017. Unanimously approved by roll call vote.
Adjournment
Being no further business, Mayor Gupta adjourned the meeting at 9:18 p.m.
