1. Motion to approve the Minutes from the meeting of February 21, 2017.
Motion— Boardmember Scannell/Second— Boardmember Addiego: to approve the meeting
minutes of the February 21, 2017 as presented. Approved by the following voice vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Addiego, Friedman and Scannell, Vice Chair Krause and Chair
Cullen. NAYES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: Boardmembers Christensen and
Farrales.
2. Closed Session:
Conference with Real Property Negotiators
(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8)
