ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS
1. Resolution No. 165 -2017 Authorizing the Filing of Argument in Favor of Formation of
Community Facilities District (CFD) 2017 -01 (Public Services and Facilities) and Potential
Rebuttal Argument
City Attorney Rosenberg advised that CFD ballot arguments were due in short order. The proposed
resolution would authorize councilmembers to submit arguments in favor of the CFD.
Councilman Addiego and Mayor Normandy agreed to be the signatories on the argument.
Motion — Councilman Addiego /Second — Councilman Garbarino: to approve Resolution No. 165 -2017.
Approved by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmembers Addiego, Gupta and Garbarino and
Mayor Normandy; NAYS: Mayor Pro Tem Matsumoto; ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, Mayor Normandy adjourned the meeting at 10:18 p.m.
