Interview applicants for the Conference Center Authority and Library Board of Trustees
The following applicants were interviewed:
Conference Center Authority
· Mr. Jay Singh - Hotel Representative
Library Board of Trustees
· Mr. Lando Baldocchi (seeking reappointment)
· Ms. Allison H. Bond
Applicant, Ms. Eva Cezana, was not in attendance.
Discussion and appointment to the Conference Center Authority and Library Board of
Trustees
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Garbarino: To appoint Jay Singh to the Conference Center
Authority, term expiring March 27, 2005. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
Council voted by ballot, resulting in a vote of 4-1 to reappoint Lando Baldocchi to the
Library Board of Trustees.
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Green: To reappoint Lando Baldocchi to the Library Board of
Trustees, term expiring June 30, 2007. Unanimously approved by voice vote.

Being no further business, Mayor Matsumoto adjourned the meeting at 7:03.
