4. Interview applicants for Cultural Arts Commission
The following applicants were interviewed:
· Mr. Ron Burgess
· Ms. Rena Marie Donati
Applicant, Mr. Orhan Gunca, requested his application be withdrawn.
Discussion and appointments to Cultural Arts Commission
Mayor Matsumoto reviewed the list of applicants that were previously interviewed.
Council voted by ballot, resulting in a unanimous vote to appoint Ron Burgess and Rena
Marie Donati to the Cultural Arts Commission.
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Garbarino: To appoint Ron Burgess and Rena Marie Donati to
the Cultural Arts Commission, term is for an indefinite period of time. Unanimously
approved by voice vote.
6. Adjournment
Being no further business, Mayor Matsumoto adjourned the meeting at 6:46 p.m.
