ORDINANCE NO. 3
An Ordinance establishing a Corporate Seal for the City of South
San Francisco.
The Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco, do ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That a seal of circular form and two inches diameter, and
having upon its face the following words and figures: "Seal of the
City of South San Francisco, Incorporated September 19th. 1908,
be and the same is hereby adopted and established as the corporate
seal of the City of South San Francisco.
Section 2. The Clerk of the City of South San Francisco shall have
the custody of said seal, as required by law.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one in "The Enterprise",
a weekly newspaper published in said City of South San Francisco.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force on and
after it passage.
Introduced the 28th day of September, 1908.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of South San Francisco,
at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of said City held the
5th day of October, 1908, by the following vote:
Ayes, and in favor of the passage of said ordinance:
Trustees: Harry Edwards. H. Gaerdes. Thomas Hickey.
Daniel Mc Sweeney and Andrew Hynding.
Noes, and against the passage of said ordinance:
Trustees: None
Absent: Trustees None
Signed, attested and approved as an ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco, this 5th day of October, 1908.
